THE FIST FULLY AUTOMATED AS/RS WAREHOUSE
For the leading  manufacturer of doors in Poland the company Porta KMI, we have implemented fully automated high bay warehouse including automatic palletizing and de-palletizing.

THE BIGGEST SORTER PROJECT IN OUR HISTORY
The partnership with Logtech resulted with the  implementation of the high capacity automated  sorting line. It is one of the biggest hubs in Czech Republic operated by WeDo, a daughter company of Allegro Group.

START OF THE COMPANY
Marcin Duplicki, Artur Piekarski, Zbigniew Zawada and Andrzej Żabik found Sailog, located in Warsaw, Poland.

THE FIRST TURNKEY PROJECT
For the international shoe producer and distributor Sailog designed and implemented an inbound sorter including automated print&apply module.

IQ-SORT LAUNCHING
After more then 1 year of intensive R&D we have launched to the market own sorter developed in partnership with the company Sigma. Unique belt design with one central drive reduces number of electrical hardware and commissions time.

 

THE FIRST NON-INTERRUPT PRODUCTION RETROFIT

For the leading 3PL company we have commissioned the existing sorter under control of new PLC software during the weekend. It increased the capacity by 50%  and accuracy to >99,99%.

Our background comes from sorting solutions for Courier Express Parcel companies. The variety of parcels is enormous in that industry. We have deep experience in handling "difficult" products considering:

  • non-irregular shapes

  • different weights varying from 0,1kg to 50kg

  • unevenly distributed center of gravity

 
Our software is ready to control different technologies including:

HISTORY

The company was established in 2019. Notwithstanding short history co-founders contributed 30+ years of combined experience in designing, programming and commissioning of automated sorting lines. The first activity of the company was PLC software subcontracting for big integrators. 2022 was breakthrough year for the company. We have completed intensive R&D program and launched the most advanced controls platform for linear sorting including comprehensive standardized software code and own code generator. The partnership with the company Logtech (Czech Republic) resulted with implementation of the biggest sorting project in the company's history and started development of partners network.

Sailog is the most experienced integrator of sorting solutions in Poland. The company was established by 4 engineers working for the leading sorters producer and integrator the Dutch company Van Riet (acquired by MHS and rebranded to Fortna). During 10+ years we have helped numerous companies delivering solutions to streamline the flow of their parcels. We mostly served e-commerce and CEP industries, however we delivered solutions also to furniture or food processing companies. We worked worldwide for the biggest brands.
