We have developed own code generator. Our customers can get better quality and more repetitive code for a lower price. We have automated our engineering processes integrating in one advanced tool #Emulate3D, #TIAPortal and #Eplan. Directly from the layout we are able to generate software and electrical hardware.
REDUCE ON-SITE TESTING
PLC software can be tested inhouse and most of errors can be fixed before coming to a site.
The digital twin is our standard practice. Virtual commissioning is done with real PLC, which will be later installed in the real machine. A simulation computer is used to simulate the machine digital twin including all sensors and drives.
